Grand Hotel Tijuana

There are plenty of places to walk to nearby to get food and other things. The hotel staff are very friendly and the buffet is so good. My spouse and I enjoyed the buffet and the fact that our hotel room had a fridge in it (double beds room) We were able to buy food at a local grocer and save. Oh, also they have a casino attached to the hotel. Didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the pool, but maybe next time.

The pool is very nice and clean. Nice comfortable beds, pillows are still too hard, but they are getting a bit softer through time. Milo ( door man) is top notch and is always friendly to us! He is a wonderful representative for the Grand Hotel Tijuana! The Plaza breakfast and dinner options are great. Everyone is very nice here. They have great hot water!! We just love this hotel, we just keep coming back time and time again.

Amazing View by the pool. Very organized. Felt like there was security everywhere.

All the staff were amazing! We got help with our luggage and it was an easy transition from the car, to check in, and all the way to our room. We had our little ones with us, but didn’t see any other children so not really sure about it being family friendly but it was an awesome stay for us! Girls loved it especially being on the high fliers they could see the whole city.

Food was great and all the amenities in the property and room service was excellent
